In the SCUBA diving community, Belize is world renown for its dazzling array diving opportunities along the second largest reef in the world.  In the resort community, Belize is one of the true bargains in the Caribbean because of it’s white coral sand beaches, fabulous five-star resorts, and 365 days a year of Tropical climate! Thanks for including me in your blog . . . your writings are so helpful for others who benefit from your 30+ years of travel (sailing) and experience in the Caribbean. Incidentally, South Beach Belize is the SECOND development on Ambergris Caye by the Developer – the first one being recently sold out. Let me emphasize that current prices at South Beach Belize are both introductory and pre-construction. They will undoubtedly go up, but still retain a high value/cost ratio compared to similar beautiful & accessible places in the Caribbean. This is a benefit to those who buy early.
