You are right on target by focusing part of your projects on the Canadian markets. Even with the changes happening with the currency exchange rates, the Canadians can’t seem to get enough of the Caribbean. I look forward to learning more about Puerto Aventuras as it continues to expand. I visited it several times during its launch period. Until next time…fair winds!!!

Jim,
Good evening my friend. We have been working with a Canadian Group for some time now. They are starting a Destination Club that will feature Caribbean properties. Canadians do travel to the Islands in very high numbers.
It looks like we will be providing them with some of the properties in thier portfolio. Caribbean Residence Clubs has just added Puerto Aventuras to the portfolio of fractional properties available. This is another favorite destination for Canadians and Americans.

No matter what the financial conditions are today, it is just darn cold in Canada for six or months a year – as the above photo demonstrates. Great article. We have always done well with our freinds from the “Great White North”. Our properties in Grand Cayman, Mexico and the Dominican Republic all have a huge Canadian owner base. We have seen for the past 7 years that the Canadian Market is very strong and getting stronger.
The Canadians love their holiday time and the Caribbean is the perfect place to escape the winters.
Our fractional sales have been going very strong during the past few months. It seems that in times like these, fractional ownership makes even more sense to buyers of second homes.
We will welcome all of your Canadian clients to our properties!
