		<description>We are very excited about the Marquis Estate project in St. Lucia.  And, we just learned that Buccamanet Bay is now offering fractional ownerships on their residences.  Will Marquis Estates follow with a similar offering? We hope so, because it would seem to further expand the market as to who will make purchases.  Thanks for the tip.
